pr\u00e9caires, notamment la Protection Universelle Maladie (PUMa), la Compl\u00e9mentaire Sant\u00e9 Solidaire (CSS) et l\u2019Aide M\u00e9dicale de l\u2019\u00c9tat data-end=\"488\" \/>Il intervient notamment lorsque les d\u00e9marches engag\u00e9es aupr\u00e8s de la CPAM n\u2019ont pas permis d\u2019aboutir \u00e0 une solution satisfaisante.<br data-start=\"621\" data-end=\"624\" \/>Le m\u00e9diateur peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre saisi en cas de refus de soins discriminatoire, en particulier lorsque la personne est b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire de la Compl\u00e9mentaire Sant\u00e9 Solidaire (C2S) ou de l\u2019Aide M\u00e9dicale de l\u2019\u00c9tat (AME).<br data-start=\"850\" data-end=\"853\" \/>Le m\u00e9diateur n\u2019a pas de pouvoir de d\u00e9cision mais formule des avis et propositions de solutions dans une logique d\u2019apaisement et de gratuite et peut s\u2019effectuer en ligne via le compte ameli (version web) ou par courrier postal adress\u00e9 \u00e0 la CPAM.<br data-start=\"1351\" data-end=\"1354\" \/>Lorsque le m\u00e9diateur accepte de prendre en charge la demande, la m\u00e9diation suspend les d\u00e9lais de recours contentieux pendant toute la dur\u00e9e de l\u2019examen du dossier.<br data-start=\"1521\" data-end=\"1524\" \/>Le m\u00e9diateur intervient uniquement dans les situations relevant de sa comp\u00e9tence ; dans le cas contraire, l\u2019usager est orient\u00e9 vers le dispositif ou
