disposant de faibles ressources d\u2019acc\u00e9der \u00e0 la justice avec une prise en charge totale ou partielle des frais li\u00e9s \u00e0 une proc\u00e9dure (avocat, actes, etc.).<br data-start=\"589\" data-end=\"592\" \/>L\u2019aide juridictionnelle peut \u00eatre accord\u00e9e dans de nombreux cas : proc\u00e9dure judiciaire, recours, ex\u00e9cution d\u2019une d\u00e9cision de justice, audition de mineur, ainsi qu\u2019en mati\u00e8re p\u00e9nale, y compris sans condition de ressources dans certaines situations graves.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-68d7ff6 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" nationalit\u00e9 fran\u00e7aise, aux ressortissants de l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne, aux personnes \u00e9trang\u00e8res r\u00e9sidant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement en France, ainsi qu\u2019aux mineurs \u00e9trangers et aux personnes \u00e9trang\u00e8res impliqu\u00e9es dans une proc\u00e9dure p\u00e9nale, sans condition de r\u00e9sidence r\u00e9guli\u00e8re.<br data-start=\"1254\" data-end=\"1257\" \/>La demande s\u2019effectue via un formulaire Cerfa d\u00e9di\u00e9 (\u201cCerfa n\u00b012467*2\u201d), disponible en ligne ou aupr\u00e8s du Tribunal judiciaire, du CDAD ou des Maisons de la Justice et du Droit.<br data-start=\"1417\" data-end=\"1420\" \/>Le dossier complet est transmis au Bureau d\u2019Aide Juridictionnelle comp\u00e9tent, qui statue sur l\u2019octroi d\u2019une aide totale ou partielle, en fonction de la situation financi\u00e8re de la
